Elizaveta Miller, born in Moscow in 1983, is a fortepianist, pianist and harpsichordist, and a frequent performer of contemporary music. In 2013 she became the first Russian fortepianist to win the famous Bruges Musica Antiqua competition. In 2012 she won second prize at the International Premio Ferrari Fortepiano Competition in Rovereto, Italy. She studied at Moscow State Conservatory with Alexei Lubimov and Olga Martynova and graduated with distinction in 2009. Elizaveta Miller also completed a Master’s degree at Yale School of Music in 2011 (with Boris Berman and Hung-Kuan Chen). She now teaches at Moscow Conservatory as Alexei Lubimov’s assistant. She has taken part in many international master classes and festivals, in Moscow, throughout Europe and in the USA, playing for such renowned musicians as Malcolm Bilson, Bart van Oort, Zvi Meniker, Paul Badura-Skoda, Claude Frank, Vladimir Feltsman, Dang Thai Son and others.
